Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman, Ko Olina, HI
After the amazing hiking day yesterday to see the sunset, today was a self-care day to relax and allow my body and mind to recuperate. These self-care days are necessary while traveling to be able to have the energy to tour just about every other day. Today, after lounging around all day, my bestie and I went out to a nice dinner to commemorate my four graduation anniversary celebrations at Monkeypod restaurant in Ko Olina, Hawaii. We ordered lobster deviled eggs and poke tacos which were unique and divine! After dinner, we captured a few cute poses in my graduation cap and managed to get another Oahu sunset for the third day in a row! Yet another amazing celebratory day for Jaime in Hawaii in July.
