Finishing up my first two weeks of Jaime in Hawaii in July, I flew out of Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keāhole on The Big Island to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, also known as Honolulu International Airport on the island of Oahu. I am here to visit another childhood friend for two weeks to continue my four graduation anniversary celebration at the state of Hawaii (my 49th state to visit in one year). After arriving here, we all grabbed poke dinner at a Foodland Farms, relaxed next to a golf course, then went on a short drive to catch an amazing view of an Oahu sunset, a perfect way to end the first day on my second Hawiian Island.
Thank you for reading and viewing,
Dr. Jaime Brainerd, Ed.D.
Sharing you island trip along with mine on Twitter for all those dreaming of getting off the mainland or down under. Enjoy!
